These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Turbo Studio ("the Application") in connection with TikTok services. By using the Application, you agree without limitation or qualification to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Application or any of the services it provides.
a. The Application uses Tiktok's services to provide certain features and functionality, including, but not limited to. These include, user login, display of profile data (username, number of followers, number of followers...), video publishing (both instant and scheduled) and display of TikTok videos
b. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the TikTok Services is subject to the TikTok Developer Terms of Use and any additional guidelines or requirements provided by TikTok.
a. You are responsible for your use of the Application and all activities conducted through your account.
b. You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Use and any other applicable rules or policies when using the Application.
c. You shall not engage in any activity that may violate the rights of TikTok or any third party.
a. TikTok and its affiliates retain all right, title and interest in and to the TikTok API and related intellectual property.
b. The use of Tiktok's services does not give you any ownership or rights in TikTok's intellectual property.

a. The application is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User's expense.
b. Non-member users do not have access to the application's services. To access the application, you must authenticate with your Tiktok account by clicking on the "Connect with Tiktok" button. By accepting to authenticate with your Tiktok account, you accept access to your Tiktok account data.
c. You shall not engage in any activity that may infringe the rights of TikTok or any third party.
The Application allows members to publish video content via the Tiktok services. In his or her publications, the member undertakes to respect the rules of Netiquette (rules of good conduct on the Internet) and those of Tiktok relating to the publication of video content. Members retain full ownership of their intellectual property rights. However, by publishing content on the application, he/she grants the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast and distribute his/her publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property.
Belgian law applies to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the Belgian courts shall have sole jurisdiction. Tiktok may exercise moderation over publications and reserves the right to refuse their publication online, without having to justify this to the member.
